They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Pros: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time. Headphone jack had a very poor connection. Plane was dirty."

AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

On the plus side: Short, easy flight with no issues. On the minus side: Coach seats are narrow, uncomfortable, & close-packed. The flight was full, I felt totally sardined and I am NOT a large person. Also, as the flight was taxiing to the runway they played what felt like an endless stream of commercials with the audio broadcast through the plane's speakers. And of course, the one speaker directly over my head was SO FREAKING LOUD I needed to put my fingers in my ears. That volume also applied to virtually every announcement that was made over the course of the flight as well. So yeah - we got there quickly and in one piece, but it was a fairly miserable experience.

I expected that the crew would be handing out portable screens instead which would have been ok but pretty inconvenient. This was not the case. We asked the crew and were told that to have entertainment for the flight we would have to download the Air Canada flight into our OWN devices and connect to the airplane wifi. They also explained that you can't download the app while connected to the airplane wifi so anyone who wanted entertainment had to scramble to download the app while we were still on the ground and Use cellular data! at this point 300 people were either panicking because they didn't have a personal device with them, didn't have a charger for their device and so would have power issues or were forced to use up roaming data because they had non Canadian phone plans!!! At the very least staff should have told passengers about this setup while they were waiting at the gate, so that people would have time to download the app with airport wifi! add to all this the fact that the app was extremely low quality and the options for movies/show were disappointingly dated and limited. This was not officially a cheap low cost flight for my family but the service we got certainly would categorize it as such. Very disappointed."

Cons: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

Because I had to be back at the airport in 7 hours to catch the next flight. It would have taken me 2 hours to drive to Seattle from Vancouver."

The space in the seats was almost criminal for an 8 hour flight. Pretty the equivalent of having people shoulder to shoulder. Impossible to try and sleep on an overnight flight. During mid flight I noticed that I had a lot of trouble breathing and thought it was just me. My wife said the same thing to me and someone on the flight needed medical assistance for oxygen. It was extremely hot the whole flight with no ability to control the air flow which made it even worse. The entertainment selection was good however the device was almost unsable because it was very laggy and it wouldn't select what you wanted. It was easily the worst experience I had and I only really went into some of the details. Having trouble breathing was by far the worst part and I couldn't believe it. My flight back was glaringly better so I'm perplexed by why this was so bad."

United crew politely asked if the gentlemen was willing to move to 6B, which his original seating in the system but he refused to do so. We' also personally explained to him that if he can yield the seat so that our family could sit together due to my wife's medical condition but he would not cooperate. I noted Those gentlemen on 1D and 1C are either buddies or coworkers. The crews were looking at each other without offering a solution. I ended up telling the crew that I could sit on 6B so that the plane can leave. The departure time was 20 min late u related my seating issue and de-icing took another 40 min. I am a Global Service member and I am very unhappy about the way the whole situation was created and handled by United."

Cons: "Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all"

Myself and others on both my flights were frustrated by the fact that our gates were so far from each other and we had NO time to get to the next one because the first flight took so long to taxi. And then they treated us like children as we were trying to get our "carry on" items. Overall NOT a good experience."

Cons: "We left 3 hrs late, arrived very late at night, I did not get home until 2 a.m. There was no apology. There were no plugs for computers in the back of the plane and I got stuck between a fat person to my left and a fat person in front of me who leaned their seat back as far as possible. It was hideous."

Pros: "The crew was courteous, the pilot was the best one out of the 4 flights I had taken that weekend."
Cons: "We used to get more for our money. 20 minutes isn't enough time to use the restroom and find and eat food after hauling from one terminal to another on the light rail. Then we are given a mystery snack mix and a drink, I remember we used to get meal service for flights that long. Boarding was very confusing for people in groups 3, 4, & 5 as we were all grouped in one line. Group 3 was called and 4 & 5 tried to board. A simple PA saying that group 3 should be in line first would help the confusion. The lady performing the boarding call was rude. Saying "I don't care I will just take thier bags and check them, they don't have a choice". That's a great way to start an argument. Then the seat pitch is awful, I'm not the only person flying that is over 6ft tall. My knees were directly impacting the meal tray arms of the seat in front of me the entire flight. Shorter flights weren't bad, but sitting on the ramp waiting for takeoff for at least 30 minutes plus the flight time was pretty painful."

Cons: "Excessively long layovers. I came home with 3 broken ribs and had to endure a 11 hour layover in Japan and another 6 hour layover in San Francisco."
Pros: "Due to a computer error there was a slight delay on take off. However, the flight crew bought us a tasty beverage for the inconvience. Kudos to the flight attendant as she had a short amount of time to provide our service and did a wonderful job. Thank you."

Cons: "There were 2 flight attendants. Male and female. The female flight attendant was rude and appeared in a bad mood. And did not offer food to me. I hadnt eaten at all. I was in the very last row. And when the food cart approached she just wheeled right past without asking me. Then we i tried to get her attention she looked annoyed and ignored me. So i just ate ice cubes. It was unacceptable. I could hear her bickering at the other flight attendants in the back. It was so unprofessional."

Cons: "Upon approach we were suddenly deverted to Seattle. I had a few issues. Number one you could not hear the pilot so that made it worse. The lack of communication was horrible. I have been on flights when there has been clarity given a change in plans but this was bad. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half, again no real communication, the fligh attendant t hope was joking when he said there was a half a bottle left for the whole plane...much later we were served water. Announcements were made but no clarity. We were told to collect baggage at number 2. Get a voucher for a hotel. After deplann9ng about 25 of us stood in line at the customer service desk where there were two staff working slowly. Then after an hour they announced we were in the wrong place, couldn't that have been explained earlier? Once we made our way out of the terminal to the ticket count the line was all the way down the hall. still with little info we waited. We landed at the alternate airport at 945, at 130am I had my vouchers, the food not useful until the following day, the hotels were full, no one picked up the phone for the shuttle bus to the hotels. I finally elected to sleep at the airport on a bench. We had actually all been reassigned a flight on our same plane. So I am not sure why we had to wait in line all that time. Our bags were not removed from the plane an irritated baggage claim attendant told me. It was a mess. The flight the next morning was fine, short, without problems for me. united needs to work on its communications. It would have been helpful to have someone out side running the line giving out info. And at customer service they should have been paying attention to their line. Would have been helpful."

Cons: "I was put on an Air Canada flight and sat on the tarmac for almost THREE hours in MTL. Finally took off and am stuck in Toronto overnight. Air Canada was very unhelpful. I have to sleep in the airport. No food vouchers. Sucks."

Pros: "This was the first flight in approximately 10 years where everything worked as it was supposed to. The flight was on time. Our crew were pleasant, friendly, and warm - this has been the missing element for a long time. The new plane was comfortable."

Pros: "I asked if I could buy headphones on the plane and they gave me a pair for free! I had the Tapas snack box and it was tasty and I was full afterwards."
Cons: "Only 1 of my 2 large plane flights had a personal TV. I also didn't know I had to download the App to watch free entertainment in light on my personal device so it prompted me to purchase Internet so that I could download the app"

Cons: "Bad cancellation policy. I would've been charged over $200 to cancel a single leg of my journey (no other changes or add'l flight). Would not do business with United again."

Cons: "We were assigned seats that didn't recline, and we'd been travelling since 4:30am Pacific time. Flight was full so we were stuck. Our electrical outlet was smashed and unusable to charge my phone, which I needed for sending work emails and contacting clients. I was surprised that there was no free content on the tvs. I actually just wanted to see the map and it required I pay."

Cons: "When I checked in the attendant tried to charge my service animal as a pet, even though I called in advance to let united know I was traveling with my service animal."

Cons: "Last minute gate change no notification. Plane was filthy even with 25 minute boarding delay, air coming from the supposed fresh air was full of lubricating oil smell. Seat would not recline as a disabled passenger with ruptured discs in my neck and back, this was more than an inconvenience it was very painful. At 6foot 2 inches tall my legs did not fit between the seats, plenty of foot room not enough space between rows. Miserable is an understatement the pain from the flight will certainly be very real for days after. Never United airlines again I will campaign against anyone flying United airlines!!"

Cons: "Seats were smaller than usual flights, no window seats left when I checked in, under seat leg area small, the TV was repetitive and no music options, if there were plugins on the flught!, they were hard to find. No free WiFi for T-Mobile in flight texting, standing in line while waiting to board after walking all day...the boarding took ages and people kept cutting (first class, disabled?)...it'd be nice if the crew acknowledged why people were taken out of order like "okay, first class you're all set!" Or "thank you for your service" so we knew it wasn't 20 people randomly jumping the line."
Cons: "The flight attendant was rude to me while I was boarding. There was room for my carry on in the overhead compartment but she told me I had to keep my bag under the seat in front of me. There was also an extremely overweight person next to me, I couldn't lean back.I had to ride the entire flight on the edge of the seat stooped over. They should have made the large man buy 2 seats."
Cons: "My seat was changed within a half hour of my flight and I wasn't notified until right before I boarded and had to refresh my e-ticket. I wouldn't have waited for group 5, when in reality I was group 3. and then because of this I had to turn over my carryon because no room for group 5 carryons. Also I like to have an aisle seat, and was squished into a window seat."
