The Code Share with Air Canada was not very streamlined. I had to check in at airport (not online) on the outbound and return flights
Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
The flight was fine. Long wait at security and for wheelchair. Got to gate about 5 minutes before boarding
It was our first time flying wit Air Canada. I found most everything very good, however, our flights leaving and returning were both delayed. And we were met with no place to de-board the plane and had to wait an additional 45 minutes on the plane after arrival. That was very disappointing. Also hefty fees both ways on what would normally be a carry on bag on any other airline.
Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.
Great flights. Only criticism is when landed I. Montreal, wheelchair service has no signage or anyone letting you know where to go , just an older gentleman at the desk looking confused
This is a regional jet. As far as those go it was average. Again poor quality for an expensive seat. Not worth the upgrade

We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.
it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.
I could not even make this flight due to Air Canada delay on my first flight. I had to be booked with American Airlines and arrived 13 1/2 hours late. Terrible customer service.
Flying with Air Canada is not pleasant at all. The plane is very old, meaning that there is no on board entertainment, the leg room is less, and it is dirty and in poor repair. To make matters worse, the crew was pleasant enough on my initial fight, but very rude on the return flight. Furthermore, the website advertises many amenities for international flights that are not honored when you were flying from the US to Canada even if your flight is five hours long. Even if you are willing to purchase food, they will likely not have over half of the advertised options available. In addition, you will pay twice the amount of a child’s order for an adult order of same item even though it is the same size as the children’s. It was just really bad on many levels I will try to avoid flying with Air Canada again at all costs
