Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Toilet seat slid sideways.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean but rather dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was cold but sufficient.
I was travelling with my 7 yr old daughter at the beginning of our 3 week vacation and we wanted to spend a few nights in Vancouver so we could do a few fun things before heading for the Island. The location was perfect as it was very close to the Trans Canada and Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal. This was important as we had an early morning ferry to catch. There were also several options available in the area for dinner. The check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room size was nice with two queen beds and they were able to accommodate my request to have a room on the ground floor. The WIFI was actually pretty good and the air conditioning worked great. The hot breakfast was a very nice addition and there were scrambled eggs and sausages which is much nicer than a simple continental breakfast. A little pricey but considering it was Vancouver, it wasn't that bad. I would consider staying here again.
Not much. The toilet in the bathroom was too small and the bath towels were also smaller than they should be. Not much for options for watching TV at the end of the day. Channel selection was limited.
Clean Hotel rooms, Helpful receptionists
Our room smelled like cat urine. We thought it was because it was closed off so we opened windows and on turned the air con. We left and came back and it was worse. Called to front desk and he said they couldn’t do anything for us. Went down to front desk and he finally moved us to another room after threatening to cancel the credit card payment.
