The Time in Midtown Manhattan is a bit larger than the average boutique hotel, but it still retains the typical boutique vibe. In 2015, the hotel was renovated with a modern, super-chic look that appeals to many adult business and leisure travelers, and not families.

Taking pride in the chic renovations, The Time’s lobby is unlike any other with a living room feel and look. The look is appealing to the eyes and while most guests are business travelers or tourists wanting easy access to Midtown attractions, they still enjoy the update.

Located on a relatively quiet street in the Theater District, The Time is a short walk from Times Square and Central Park. The hotel is far enough from the crowds, but still within walking distance of the city's most popular attractions. Accommodations at the hotel are sleek and contemporary with dark décor. Rooms begin in the Standard Full category and increase in size with Superior Queens, Superior Kings, Deluxe King Rooms and Double Double Rooms. Amenities do not differ much in room sizes. Suites feature separate bedrooms and living spaces. The Penthouse spreads over three floors and features lots of luxury amenities.

Amenities at the hotel include a lounge bar; an Italian restaurant with a huge pizza menu; event, meeting space, and private-dining space; and a small but sleek fitness center.
