Good place and big hotel, still other aspects - quite poor...
The island is overrated, the hotel is quite out-dated, no air conditioning, very noisy in the roof-view rooms: you can hardly sleep at night because it is too hot with the window closed but really noisy with the window left open...
The rooms were miniscule. We requested oceanview and got roof view. There was no elevator to take our suitcases up in. Very disappointed in quality of hotel.
Had car parking.
Mattress was one of the worst I've ever slept on. No air-con. Horrible bathroom. Was like an old Soviet bloc building.
The hotel is horrific. The worst I've ever stayed in. The hotel was old, in bad need of a paint job both outside and in the rooms. Both the rooms we had were shabby, cobwebs hanging off the corners of the ceilings, fabrics on chairs torn, the carpets looked so dirty we didn't want to walk on it barefoot, the blankets on the beds looked like they haven't been washed in quite some time. The best thing about the hotel is the staircase in the entrance, which it has to be, as the hotel has no lifts, so you're left to carry your luggage up stairs. We stayed on a Sunday evening, and surprisingly there was a disco going on very loudly until after 11pm in the entertainment centre which is located right outside our room windows. It was the most expensive of all our accommodation booked throughout Croatia, and was the worst. To sum it up: We left before 8am the next morning as we couldn't wait to get out of there!
