Pros: The hosts were pleasant and dog lovers. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The food was great. Eric, the co host is an experience gourmet chef and his food was delicious.

Pros: Friendly couple, great breakfast. Was not expecting such a large breakfast. Very Clean and felt like home. Rooms have hard wood floors. Hate carpets! Would certainly consider coming back. Don’t be fooled by the look of the exterior of the house. Give it a try!

Pros: The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast that was included was gourmet!! The rooms were well appointed, very clean and the house is in a lovely setting. We had dinner which was delicious and fabulous value for the money.

Pros: Very nice room, lovely decorated. We stayed in the upper King Suite. The shower was a dream. Best breakfast ever. I highly recommend to make a reservation for the dinner too. Bring your own bottle of wine and enjoy a fabulous meal.

Cons: The Personal was not kind, except the Chamber maids. The Tomahawk Grill had a quite extensive menu , but our main course was not of high quality. The Pool and Spa have been crowded .

Pros: Good location, easy to park your car, sufficient space, quiet location. The fact that the suites have a kitchenette makes it easy to make your own breakfast early in the morning (restaurant breakfast only offered as of 7.00AM). Different access doors to the buildings allow faster access to the rooms.
Cons: The first day, I had to search a while for the reception -> could be better indicated. The corridors & common areas of the hotel look very outdated, floor covering should be refurbished, looks worn en not clean. Rooms are OK, although a bit dark, can use some refreshening & more vivid colors.

Pros: The room was like a chalet. Loved the real fireplace with the available burning log. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi with the sauna was fantastic.

Pros: Very clean and large bathroom. Nice balcony with a BBQ. Nice outside pool and Spas. Good breakfast (hot and cold buffet with delicious "cretons").
Cons: Old carpet in the bedroom. A bit isolated and far from downtown (no nice restaurants within walking distance). While the on-site restaurant was fine for the breakfast, the quality of the dinner was disappointing for the cost ($200 for two, including "ordinary" wine and 15% tips). My wife's steak and my salmon were both burned on top and the vegetables were almost raw.

Pros: Beautiful hillside location and the room was fully equipped with all kitchen supplies and good bath supplies. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had good variety - breakfast servers were bilingual and very warm and friendly.
Cons: It was surprising that this resort was not fully bilingual. People are more bilingual and prepared for English speaking touristS in France than here. There was no English on the menu and when I asked for one (in my broken grade six French) the waiter took ten minutes to return with what looked like a computer print out of the menu. My husbands salmon was served raw. We sent it back and it took 17 minutes for it to be returned. The young male server was angry even though he too saw it was not cooked. the dinner was very disappointing. When I spoke to the front desk about our dinner she called the house maître d who was unable to communicate in English. When a resort is located 20 minutes from the American border the key staff should be bilingual or Anglophones.

Cons: Laid out like a maze. The bed was very low..seniors might have difficulty getting up. It was comfortable to sleep in though.

Pros: The hotel complex and its surroundings are gorgeous! Service was top-quality and the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: I liked the location a bit away from the main town of Magog. I liked the large property, the family friendly atmosphere and the little petting zoo. The little cabins and gardens had a nice look.
Cons: The room was ok. Kind of basic and a little old looking, but good for the price. Breakfast was very ordinary. Supper was also just ok and service was rather slow.

Pros: They have so many activities for the kids (indoor playground, art and crafts, movie room, pool, outdoor playground). The room was nice and cozy. We didn't go to the restaurant so I can't give a review. It's very close to the ski resort (5-10 min drive).

Cons: Although it was clean, the room was in need of repair. The coffee machine was not functioning. The patio door was not capable of being locked..but there was a bar which could close the door. Screen door was broken. Place was just tired and in need of updating.
