Continental brekkie should have included scrambled eggs and sausage. It was hard boiled eggs and bagels and cereal and waffles. Not my cup of tea!
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for attending at Rama.
Cons (-) Customer Service. I booked a whirlpool room and upon arrival was told that room did not exist and they were fully booked and unable to help me further as I booked through Kayak. I overpaid for a room that I didn't want.
Pros (+) Thank you so much to the manager, front desk staff, and the limo driver for making our stay at Rama wonderful! Upon arrival just prior to 3 pm check in, we were treated to freshly baked cookies in the lobby! After an almost five hour drive, it was such a great welcome.
