6.8 Good
Pros: The price was okay.
Cons: The Wi-Fi didn't work at so we couldn't stream anything. The staff didn't find a resolution for our entire stay. The room was not what I picked when I booked through, which was to include a balcony & air conditioning. They upgraded our room the next afternoon, which was very inconvenient and still no air conditioning. The beds were not comfortable. Over half of the on-site restaurants were closed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It wasn’t very busy, kid friendly, lots to do and variety of shops, beautiful setting, the pools were good for the family (different temps in each pool), great location for exploring the area.
Cons: The rooms were way too hot! We requested extra fans just so we could sleep at night, it especially affected the kids. The blinds didn’t close tight and shone light through until very late at night and early in the morning, this also affected the kids (and us with lack of sleep)!
6.3 Good
Pros: The kids really enjoyed the gondola and the pools. The waterslide was a nice touch.
Cons: The photos made it look like a one bedroom suite but when we checked in we realized the bedroom was in the main room. Considering how much we paid I wouldn’t stay again for that price without a private bedroom or patio. Also the cool pool was not cleaned which was disappointing for the amount of money we spent.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at Ski-Tip condos, rooms were good, pools and waterslides were great; free gondola and mini golf for the kids was awesome. The staff were all soooo nice and really great with the kids! Candy cabin and ice cream shop were good for the kids as a treat as well.
Cons: Not enough options for eating out, essentially Tbar pub which had pretty awful food (we ate there on our first night and that was it) or the Cliffhanger restaurant (at greywolf golf course). There was one other place but it was closed when we looked at going there on Monday of the long weekend, actually almost everything was closed Monday of the long weekend which was also a bit ridiculous, Cost to use the bouncy castle was a bit steep, $12 for a 3 year old to bounce for half an hour.. yikes..
6.3 Good
Cons: The rooms are uncomfortably hot, we had to sleep with our room door open and 3 fans. That made it just tolerable. Big stains on the room carpets and no toilet seat cover. The phone and tv didn’t work. The waterslides don’t open until noon. Room bathroom sink leaked, we had to put a bucket underneath. The room door sticks so my husband had to throw his body against to open.
7.0 Good
Pros: The village was nice. We enjoyed the pool choices.
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable. Would have been more enjoyable if the room had A/C or at least a ceiling fan. Not very many dining options open in the summertime.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The pools were nice, especially the hot pool seeing as the weather wasn’t great while we were there. The king bed in the bedroom was good.
Cons: The pull out sofa bed was terrible! There were no sheets for it so our grand daughter had to use only had a blanket. The frying pans were not clean and one was very warped. The carpet was very stained and dirty. In the other room we booked, there were no screens on the windows making it very dangerous for the younger grand kids, so we had to keep the windows closed! There were a few free activities for the kids, but everything else had to be paid for.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Panorama resort continues to be a wonderful destination. It has expanded to include more activities and dining options. We particularly enjoyed and recommend rafting...our experience with Tyler was fabulous! Our unit was clean and well stocked...loved the view!
Cons: -the unit we stayed in (Springs) did not have AC; each unit should have at least two fans included rather than asking for them -showers are outdated with poor pressure and curtains are soiled -the resort caters more to families; it would would be beneficial to have an adults only time and one designated pool at specific time. For example 8-10 pm the large pool with slides is for 0-18 years of age and all other pools are 18+ during these two hours. All children under 8 to wear life jackets. A better towel system as towels were being rationed due to overuse by guests. Poolside snacks and beverages as well as entertainment would have been a nice touch! -lunch BBQ is a great idea! We enjoyed this. All veggies and condiments should be served over ice to ensure better food handling and safety. -weekend entertainment options to cater to individuals and couples while respecting the sanctity of the setting
7.0 Good
Pros: Not very good.
Cons: Quality.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: No where to eat other then one Restaurant that had half the menu not available, food was very greasy and not tasteful. They just came off a water advisory so you needed to boil your water. We were never told or we would have choose somewhere else to stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gondola ride, the pool with hot and cold. And of course the condo itself.
Cons: Some of the hot tub close to out units are closed. They are renovating it.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Spacious
Cons: Very cold. Thermostat programmed to go to 17 at night. Everyone woke up frozen.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved that it was close to the village shop and toby chair. If was very quiet and cozy.
Cons: The room was very cold and drafty. There was a fireplace but no wood and you could only burn duralogs in it. Did not like the stairs up and down to the back to get to the lifts, then were very steep and treacherous in ski boots!
6.8 Good
Pros: Everything was generally good
Cons: Better or bigger beds would help Bath tubs are small for big guys.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So clean, and close to the village
5.8 Okay
Cons: We had no internet during our entire stay and we actually paid a fee for it and other services so it was very disappointing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Being close to the Toby Chairlift was very convenient. Loved how simple it was to go back to the condo for lunch! Also liked the underground parking.
Cons: The wifi kept disconnecting us from it. We had to keep logging back in.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Enttrance , very narrow
7.5 Good
Pros: The scenery was beutiful and the room was equipped with everything what we would need.
Cons: We had some wfi issues in our room.My son was very disappointed. I called the front desk, they were not able to help. After talking with the manager it was fixed after about an hour but still didn't work great...
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: This place is 40-50 years old and is in desperate need of a major update. We didn’t like it at all. It looks like s Not so much as a coat of paint has been applied since it was built.
Cons: See above. It’s old and shows it’s age.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful scenery. Limited places to eat considering the number of people staying on site.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The room was too hot, should put at least portable ac. The washroom are terrible there is hair every where. We found boogers in the blanket
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic mountain views , clean rooms , village gandola , trails , activities , Toby creek
Cons: Few restaurants were closed for the season and others had limited options in the menu
8.3 Excellent
Cons: They dont do room cleaning everyday
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is great. There's a lot of things and activities to enjoy. It is a great place for family bonding. The staffs are friendly and helpful
Cons: The room is updated, needs to be renovated.. It could have been better if theres a microwave, fridge and aircon. It could have been better also theres a light by the bedroom, not just a lampshade.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool area was really nice. Downhill mountain biking, plus other activities and close to Invermere, Fairmont and Radium.
Cons: The Pine Inn is very old and run down. The side entrance almost had no carpet left on the stairs. The lighting is so dim and the rooms and hallways are very dark. The bathrooms are very dated. Walls are chipped and painted a dark colour. Rooms are DARK. Only one window, so I wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room. They still have incandescent bulbs in their lamps which is hard to believe. It is in need of a much needed renovation and I would not stay there again. Surprised they do not even have a fridge since they are so cheap now and are in almost every hotel room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The view the people the place
Cons: The wifi needs more improvements.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and everything was easily accessible.
Cons: The bed was horrible; very uncomfortable so didnt sleep well. It was very sqeeky and matress was poor quality.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: Never going back pine inn is disgusting. Bed bugs loud night club drunks outside hotel! Dirty outdated.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The parking lot. There is no fridges in the rooms. The beds looks not clean as they should be. It is so different from the photos on your website
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, pools are awesome.
Cons: Pine Inn rooms are very outdated and worn out. For how much the cost of the rooms are, an A/C installation and a small fridge should be prioritized. The resort restaurants are not always open in the summer season.
