Pros (+) It was easy to find. The staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the lounge and pool area.
Cons (-) We stayed in the handicap room due to my disability. The parking was close to the entry and our room however there wasn't a handicap assist door, Also no place to hang clothes in the room, no closet or armoire.
Pros (+) We were there two days as no room service ever came- floors and bathroom were dirty upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were out of order with no estimated fix date. Hotel was run down and not clean
Pros (+) Red Lion is an highly rated hotel, but not this one.
Cons (-) Hot tub broken and dirty. Carpets, tile, toilets, doors, everything extremely dirty. Spoiled food in refrigerator. Dirty used towels in closet. Ceiling falling down in public areas. Filth everywhere! Building in need of repairs. Sliding glass doors don't latch or lock. Looks like maintenance and cleaning staff have been doing a very poor job for years. It's going to take a lot of money to get this...

Cons (-) First room I was given had terrible smell of cigarette smoke. Also the curtains were all ripped, the tv remotes batteries were dead and had duct tape on the back of the battery cover. The doors didn't have real deadbolts, a alternate way was stated, but not sure how secure it was. I was able to move rooms, but the next room wasn't much better. Pros (+) I liked the the hotel was pet friendly!!
Cons (-) We had a trailer attached to our vehicle, and I would have liked a more secure parking spot since it was located close to the interstate and many businesses. Our trailer was untouched and fine, but it would have been a piece of mind knowing that it was secure while we stayed.
