Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently report serious problems with service and cleanliness at this hotel. Many mention the property being closed by authorities, unhelpful or rude staff, and poor communication, especially regarding language barriers. Cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms, mold, and general disrepair. However, some guests note the hotel’s convenient location near city attractions and transport, and a few mention affordable prices and available parking. Overall, the negatives far outweigh the positives in guest experiences.
