Pros (+) Almost everything the food was great the drinks was also great the pool bar tender there are the best juan,jose and front dest carlo.
Cons (-) It took 4 days to them to change the remote control for the tv if you want something to get done in your room they will take for ever.

Cons (-) Rooms were okay, we had to wait beyond check in when arriving, then there was no towels, we went to the beach and they were out of towels as well. There were crazy rust stains in our bathroom. The food was not that good (Fruit was amazing!) but I couldn't expect more for the price and it was included.
