The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great (very European), and the location can't be beat -- within walking distance to all major attractions. The third floor balcony looking over the St. Lawrence River was fantastic.
The rooms were small and the shared bathrooms were small, but you can't beat the price for a hotel inside the city.
