Elegant room....great staff...great ambience...great location... the bellman was especially helpful!
Excellent service and attention.
location was excellent. staff was extremely welcoming and helpfull
Super location near so many things we wanted to see, the breakfast which we bought with the room was utterly amazing. Nice staff, sorbet and gelato a nice surprise. We were not fond of the dinner at Chez Muffy's. It was very expensive, limited menu and the service and food were only okay. Check in time for us was a little late , 4 pm., but they did keep our bags for us. and for the first time ever there was a floss dispenser in the bathroom. Loved the shower.
The reason I gave the cleanliness a good was because our shower's grout lines were either in need of regrouting or a good cleaning in places. It smelled fine and I know how hard it can be to get a shower perfect being by the sea. Someone who is picky would care. We did not complain or mention to the hotel.
