Pros (+) Cheap price.
Cons (-) The hotel is not good for family with kids. There is a smelly bar at the counter. Hotel is not very clean. They charged my credit card twice, and I have been calling for last 2 days, but not able to reach the manager. They have not yet refunded the 2 charge. Please don't give ur credit card number.
Pros (+) Staff was very helpful even if booking through Kayak did not work out for two rooms - just one was reserved, luckily a second one was available and the cost was lower compared to our written booking confirmation (for the two rooms).
Cons (-) Our room had ants on the floor and walls. But what was really a problem were the tiny little black insects which we discovered on our linnen. I am not an expert in bedbugs and that hinght we were not bitten, but kind of shocked.
Pros (+) The guy working the front desk drove us to the airport early in the morning because we were running late! Very great service!
Pros (+) Room was clean and no odor.
Cons (-) When we checked in we were given keys to a dirty room. Had to get it changed. Coffee maker in room with cups and sugar but no coffee. Bed was not Queen size as claimed. Gambling den on next to lobby. One night was very noisy. Coffee supposedly available in lobby. When coffee was available, there was no cups or creamer, never all three available at the same time.
Pros (+) I liked the location. It was convenient and easy to get to, especially as an American going to a French Speaking part of Canada. Also the staff was welcoming and helpful.
Cons (-) The room I stayed in had a broken AC. Luckily it wasn't too too warm, but still more warm than I would like. It looked like the AC unit had been broken for a while. Cleanliness was alright.
