Cons: No fridge / ice only via the bar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The scones were heavenly! The bed was very comfortable, the room, corridors, restaurant, lobby, etc were very clean. Definitely passed the "white glove" test! I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the golf course where our family function was held, but not a strip motel with a loud open bar until all hours. I'd love to come back in the early fall sometime and stay a few days. Appreciated the apples at the desk! Loved the bar. Staff were very agreeable in both English & French. Beautiful fall colours on the drive.
Cons: My hubby's driving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific little place!! Wonderful room, bed and especially the shower!!!

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: .
Cons: After a long days drive we arrived exactly at our stated time to find an empty and dark house. At that late hour we were left to find other accomodations. I'm not happy!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: River Yamaska is very beautiful.
Cons: The room was very small with a low ceiling. My husband hit his head against the ceiling. I hurt my hand on the ceiling fan when I was dressing. I give these examples so that you understand that the room is not habitable if you are of normal growth. The bed was so old and creaky. Every time we turned, we were afraid that the bed would fall or fall apart. For breakfast we get a stale croissant and jam. I really don't understand, if the lady doesn't want to host guests in her house, why she does do it?
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work very well. Thankfully it wasn't to hot. The stairs to the bedroom were very steep. The hostess failed to get up in the morning at the agreed time of 7 to make breakfast so we had to leave and she was still in bed.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff,pool
Cons: Noisy by main highway or street
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Run down and the TV was ancient. Couldn’t plug the fridge in without the TV shutting off. Fridge was really loud. Didn’t end up using it
4.5 Okay
Cons: Bathrooms were dirty and generally not a well-kept property.
6.3 Good
Pros: We had booked a room with a king bed but found that it was on the ground floor, which had large picture windows facing the car park allowing passersby to see in. We asked for a room on the higher floor, and fortunately a queen room was ready and we were able to move. The room had a lovely view of the very large hill that dominates the landscape in that area. The first room we were given had a large jacuzzi, and the second room had a smaller one, and we could see in all of the rooms we passed on the top floor that were still being aired and cleaned that most rooms seemed to have jacuzzis. There was a reasonably priced restaurant a block and a half away - Savoy Deli - that had an extensive and satisfying menu.
Cons: Oddly, arriving at 6:00pm, many of the rooms on the higher floor were still being cleaned. There were no cars parked on the ground floor, and very few at the back of the motel, despite the fact that we had apparently got the last available room. Our room had a nice view from its little balcony, but it was quite dark otherwise. We saw only one other couple when we came down to breakfast at 8.45. Breakfast is not healthy, basically muffins, croissants (cold), brown and white toast bread, sugary cereals, plastic cheese slices and spreads.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Maintenance of the building and services on the premices.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bedroom was clean and tidy. Super understanding about my late arrival
Cons: The bathroom towels were dirty
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room itself was very old and in poor condition, and it was also very small. The photos that you see on line are not representative of the actual room. At least, it wasn't in the room I stayed in. I will never stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Room with no coffee machine....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mother and her sister enjoyed being able to go to stores and restaurants close by ...
4.3 Okay
Cons: The room was like a honeymoon suite from Vegas in the 1960s: circular bed, sunken tub by the bed, mirrored ceiling tiles. Worst room I've ever stayed in.
