Not even hot water. No info on breakfast or WiFi. Noisy patio & weedings on your door room. And aggressive bartender on crazy expensive rum shots.

Pros (+) I loved how luxurious the hotel was. Everyone as accommodating and you felt like you were in a chiq location. The pool is amazing and the views are wonderful.
Cons (-) You can hear everything through the walls. It was difficult to feel like it was intimate.

Pros (+) I am so happy to find a hotel of this caliber in Santo Domingo.....I will return again and again! The food, the service, the room, location for walking, everything was perfect.
Cons (-) There is nothing to not like. Ok maybe a small desk in the room would be nice....but there is a business center.
