Pros (+) + Clean and new facilities and rooms + Fast wifi + English channels and movies + Pool (even if I didn't use it) + Mostly friendly staff + Short walk to many food places and restaurants
Cons (-) - Although very friendly and making effort, the staff is a bunch of young and inexperienced people. They seem very confused as if no one has ever asked before about ordering breakfast or going to see Angkor Wat for sunrise. These are common simple requests that they should know the answer to.
