Pros (+) Friendliness of the staff. Other guest were just as nice. Decent breakfast. Room was great. Nice view.
Cons (-) Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Cereal was only corn flakes not helpful for a kid when they don’t like eggs. In the bathroom I couldn’t get hot water but once. Showers was always lukewarm.

Pros (+) The king suite rooms are spacious and appear clean.
Cons (-) It's no smoking hotel, but the 4th floor was full of cigarette smoke. When I went to complain on two different occasions, there was no one at the front desk. The first time I went down was in the middle of the night which I understood, but the attendant was also absent during the day, too.
