Pros (+) The room is nice
Cons (-) The breakfast options are not good. They are 3 nearby places. One is a japanese lunch place and the breakfast options are not good, the other one was supposed to be open but wasn't and I did not get to try the 3rd one as I had to catch a bus back to city.
