Pros (+) Location next to red line was amazing
Cons (-) We were given a room and the power blew 5 minutes later (only to that room), they moved us to another room. Two of the four days they said we would get boxed breakfast (which we paid for) and then they didn’t have it and we missed the window to actually get a sit down breakfast. They refunded us the money, but it was a hassle. The last night the air conditioning went out in the hotel...when we wok...

Pros (+) The hotel is right across the street from Taipei 101 with metro station right in front of it; a traveller like me with a 5-year-old kid would appreciate the convenience it provides!
Cons (-) I booked a room with my credit card (to secure my space) and the confirmation letter said the fee will be paid at the hotel upon my arrival, so when I checked in, I told them I'll pay cash for my stay; thus, I thought they wouldn't charge the fee on my credit card when I checked out and told them again that I'd pay cash for my stay; after I got home from my trip in Taipei, I checked my credit card...
