Cons (-) Front desk staff was mostly unfriendly. Shower water/temp control handle kept coming off while showering. Asked to have it fixed; told it was taken care of; STILL BROKEN. Entire hotel out of fresh towels??? No apology. No explanation. No attempt to restock fresh towels unless specifically requested!
