Pros (+) Staff at desk.
Cons (-) Elevator: only one working, apparently in a maintenance cycle. Why not warn customers before they book Water main break and subsequent inability to get water heaters re-started meant almost 24 hours of no water, we were comp’ed but this was very inconvenient Located near very busy interstate intersection, much road noise.
Pros (+) Loved the feather pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. We visit friends in the area a couple times a year and have stayed in several other hotels in the same area on route 119 Tarrytown. This is just as good and less expensive than the others.

If the room were located in Paris, France or a berth on a cruise ship it could be considered spacious but by typical standards it can only be described as tiny. There is no chest of drawers. Pros (+) Staff was friendly. For the area this is the best priced hotel. It was clean and quiet which great. Quiet in the sense that even though there was a lot of people staying there I never heard anything throughout the night. The free breakfast and shuttle were also great. I travel to the area quite a bit and I think this is the hotel I will stay at every time.
