Definitely not up to Hilton or Hampton Inn standards. Will not be staying here again.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Many found the proximity to highways, universities, and family to be a major advantage. However, several reviews mentioned disappointment with the cleanliness and outdated condition of the rooms and facilities. The pool was frequently cited as unavailable despite being advertised, leading to frustration. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Elevator: only one working, apparently in a maintenance cycle. Pros (+) Loved the feather pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. We visit friends in the area a couple times a year and have stayed in several other hotels in the same area on route 119 Tarrytown. This is just as good and less expensive than the others.
Cons (-) The parking lot on the hill is a little tight.
Pros (+) Location

If the room were located in Paris, France or a berth on a cruise ship it could be considered spacious but by typical standards it can only be described as tiny. There is no chest of drawers. Guests must leave their clothes in their suit cases or stuff the two night stand drawers. The bath room contains the t...
