Pros (+) OK price for the area - not a fantastic bargain.
Cons (-) The place is OLD and shows it. The room is in dire need of a deep refresh. And, oddly, the curved shower curtain rod was mounted in such a way that it drooped in the middle, causing the shower curtain to slide to the middle and would not stay closed at the ends.
