Pros (+) Location was near lots of restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Pros (+) Fine for my purposes. Probably not suitable to families due to a generally rough (red light) neighborhood at night. Clean, easy, simple bordering on bare-bones.

Cons (-) So I canceld my stay about 2 days before the trip and the card I had used all of a sudden started getting charged for things in Tijuana when I hadn't even gone to Tijuana after all
