Pros (+) The room was very comfortable for just me and I couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms around me until I opened my window. Customer service helped me with a few small mishaps that involved with talking over the phone. I also enjoyed the free bottled water every morning I didn't get new sheets, the cleaning crew still straightened my bed and took out my trash just without the clean sheets.

Pros (+) The APA was a really nice hotel. The people there were friendly all the time and very helpful. There is an amazing Ramen bar across the street.
