Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb location, especially its proximity to Akihabara station and nearby attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The staff received positive remarks for their helpfulness and friendliness, contributing to a pleasant stay. Many guests found the rooms and facilities to be clean and well-maintained. While the room size was frequently mentioned as small, this was often seen as typical for the area and did not significantly detract from the overall experience. Breakfast options and amenities like welcome drinks and quality toiletries were also appreciated. Some minor issues, such as check-in delays and elevator wait times, were noted but did not overshadow the positive aspects.AI-generated from customer reviews
