We stayed in room 1 and were very happy .Could not fault the Lochgreen Hotel and the staff , The place is a class act , Didnt use the spa so cant comment

Excellent dinner - well presented with good service. Large bedroom and bathroom.
Breakfast choices for those preferring a continental breakfast were limited eg no fresh fruit or plain yoghurt.

Dining in the restaurant. Meals and service was excellent.
I had three issues during my stay. Firstly although I had booked a time for the restaurant and was asked in the bar lounge if I was eating in the restaurant, I was totally forgotten about and had to ask for assistance 15 mins after my booked time. Only then did I get a menu and the service I expected in such a hotel. My main issue as a business customer was that I had no wireless internet access in my room (number 24). This caused me unknown problems due to the nature of my work. Considering that you advertise wireless access throughout the hotel and considering that I was staying in a deluxe room, I would think many business people would be highly concerned for such a well established hotel particularly if their work depended upon it.
