Pros (+) Basic accommodations as a budget price. Room and overall facilities very clean. Quiet. I commend the university for monetizing it’s property year-around rather than having the dormitory sit empty over the summer.
Cons (-) Be aware that the shower and toilet facilities are co-ed, which is a curious arrangement and may be embarrassing for some guests.
