Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality, though a few noted repetition or limited options. The location was appreciated for being peaceful yet convenient to Ubud attractions. While many found the rooms spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of musty smells, insects, and maintenance issues in some rooms. Overall, the positive service and atmosphere outweighed the negatives for most guests.
