Convenient location. Loved the bidet, the high tech lighting, and the recycling receptacle. View was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Origami paper cranes were a welcomed delight. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast.

Pros (+) Nice hotel. Clean room. Less expensive than many of the surrounding waterfront hotels. Helpful staff. Small refrigerator in the room. Decent speed in room Wi-Fi.
Cons (-) Workout room was very limited. Only two treadmills, and one was broken.

Cons (-) Was advertised as a supreme king suite. We opened the door on the 16th floor expecting a suite. A seperate seating area. Somewhere we could sit & look at the view of the harbour & Stanley park. Instead we found a king size bed, with 1 chair in the corner. A coffee maker with only plastic cups to drink our dark roast coffee,that once we added whitner it turned gray. The small tv on the wall was off...
