Clean rooms, great shower, but the tub didn't drain.
Nice staff, super convenient location.
Pool was really cold
swimming pool slightly heated, good jets in the warm spa; restaurants convenient; wake-up call & exit taxi timely
tiny room w thin walls so you could hear people in next room, hall, elevator; some staff minimally trained; no newspapers; office center computers expensive; ice machine didn't work on our floor or 3 floors lower, had to go 4 floors for ice; stairways and hallways to gym & pool a multistory maze;
Hot tub not so hot
Great for our needs!
We were very close to the Canada line for transport from YVR. Rogers Arena a close walk. This location exceeded our expectations.
The elevators could use a good cleaning.
Great location, easy check-in and check-out.
VERY noisy at night - noisy guests, lots of screaming and whoo-ing from club directly across the street.
Very Pleasant stay
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great.
Room bathrooms where a little tight.
Location is great. Walkable distance to Gastown (10-15 mins), Chinatown (5-10 mins), Pacific Center shopping areas (10-15 mins), and BC Place stadium was down the block. Staff were friendly and there's a lounge on the premise.
Couldn't check in until 4PM due to the hotel being fully booked the night before so they need extra time to clean on the day of before my family can check into our rooms. But in return we did getbeautiful view from our room.
Need to use your room key to operate the elevators.
Had a terrible sleep, thump thump thump all night
Staff were nice, however the room we ended up in, after specifying the need for a quiet room, was too loud to sleep in, even with earplugs. We will never go back there. Pay a bit more for a better hotel!
Had a terrible sleep, thump thump thump all night from the Disco. Yes ALL night, it lasted until 8AM in the morning. Room 603. Thought we were high enough, we were not. Even with earplugs... thump thump thump. We will never go back there, and it's taken 2 days to recover from lack of sleep. Elevator was terrible, had to use stairs. Pop machine served water and drinks that were WARMER than room temperature. yuk
Some helpful staff, nice beds
Inadequate security, car broken into immediately in hotel garage.
