Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and appreciated some friendly staff members. However, there were widespread complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems throughout the property. The pool, though a potential highlight, was often closed or overcrowded, and the breakfast quality was frequently criticized. Overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives for many guests.
