Many found the amenities comprehensive, with several mentioning the presence of restaurants, shops, and activities for families. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff, lack of room service, and issues with maintenance requests. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old towels, and pests.
