Pros: location in adler is good

Pros: Polite staff, central location

Cons: There was loud construction happening outside which annoyed me. Couldn't be helped I guess.

Pros: A great small hotel with a very friendly staff, everything was fine there!

Pros: Excellent location. Close to the beach and all the associated restaurants and eateries. Also close to the markets and local shops. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are a good size. Fully equipped gym. Small pool on the roof.

Cons: It was all good and we have no complaints.

Pros: Friendly polite staff. Central location. A 2 level gym you can use for free. My room had a mini kitchen.

Cons: The kitchen was being renovated so I couldn't eat downstairs for half my stay. I could order in from my room instead and eat in my room but I like eating downstairs.

Pros: Restaurant is good though. Both for breakfast and dinner

Cons: They charge for tea in your room There's coffee packs too but no coffee machine.

Cons: The location, even though central, is hard to find.

Pros: Everything is very good, Staff can understand English and always willing to help.

Cons: Strange breakfast offer (with fish and bouillon soup) more like a as well strange brunch. No coffee only for extra pay.

Cons: Airport runway in line with hotel, noisy sometimes. It was the surprise.

Pros: Great hotel, with really wonderful personal, they are going beyond and above the expectations to help and accommodate. Really liked their breakfast and variety of food they've had. Location can't be any better, great beach right outside of the doorsteps. Bed was comfy with great pillows, and room big enough for 2 people with lots of luggage.

Pros: Family-like stuff, very helpful and kind. Great place! Close to transport hub, very convenient. Beautiful sea view and delicious breakfast!

Pros: The location, 10 mts from the from the beach and 50 mts from the sea. Our room had a balcony over-looking the sea, which was really nice. For most of the time you heard only the splashing of the waves. What might be disturbingfor some (not our case) is that the end of the local airports take-off runway is close to the hotel. So every now and then your will have a plane roaring over your head. However this lasts only for a few seconds, so it's no big deal. The windows are very well isolated so if you close them, you'll practically nothing. The personell was very kind and helpful. There are several bars and restaurants in the vecinity along the embankment. Bus is close but taxi is cheap so it's a better alternative. Supermarket a couple of hundred of meters away

Pros: Nice hotel, really good staff and good location. Adler was slightly boring compared to Sochi but that is not hotels fault at all. Great value for money, would recomned.

Pros: Hosts were very accommodating and helpful in suggesting places to visit in Sochi/Adler. Good WIFI in room. Great air conditioning. A must during summer in Sochi/Adler.

Cons: Blinds were very thin and let in light very early so we slept with our eye patches from the plane to get a fuller nights sleep. :)

Pros: Ok hotel in Adler close to the Airport. I just stayed there one night and it was ok. The WIFI worked perfekt and the breakfast was ok. I arrived to the hotel late in the night and just sleeped there and eat the breakfast.

Pros: Very comfortable. Great location close to the beach and main street yet still very quiet location. The hotel offered a great transfer service to and from the airport that was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this transfer service.

Cons: The fact it has a pool swayed us a little in our choice of Bliss House yet the pool ended up looking not very attractive, being covered and in a small shaded courtyard.

Pros: Good location, easy to get to the airport, Adler train station and Fisht stadium. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful (specially Elena, she's a star!) They have transfer services. The area is calm although you can hear the airplanes taking off. Nice restaurant 5 min walking (it's called Adriano). The room was big and the bed is comfy. Hot shower and air conditioner. They have a pool and sauna but we haven't used them.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved. No hot milk or chocolate powder (just coffee powder and hot water) You have to pay extra for hot chocolate, latte etc. Only one type of juice, and water. No cake or something sweet. Not many options really. We didn't have any towels in our bedroom so we needed to ask for bath towels. No other towels received. Restaurant closed during the night so we couldn't order dinner.

Pros: The manager who name is hope is a very nice lady, she speaks good English, can help you deal with many problems.

Pros: It's in a good location in Adler meaning it's easily accessible to the local shops, restaurants, and bars.The breakfast is good although not available until 8 am however this is normal for Russia. The hosts and staff are very pleasant.

Pros: The Hotel has good location in Adler - close to the train station. Although it is far from the Sochi City Center. The property has clean room and very helpful hotel staff.

Pros: The facilities and cleanliness is really nice, but best is the location and view. Only problem is that the staff do not speak English. Overall rating is good.

Pros: Excellent Hotel for the money! The hotel's location is excellent near train station (300 meter walk on promenade next to water) which connects you with Sochi, Rosa Khutor, Olympic Village etc. The hotel's staff are very nice and accommodating. You walk out of the hotel and are literally a stair case from the beach and water! Splurge and get an upgraded room with a sea view it is well worth it! The hotel also has a beach side restaurant and bar!

Cons: We contacted them for early check in advance since we traveled 24 hours prior to checking in, they gave our room to someone else and then had us stay in an apartment which I didn't want to do. I booked a hotel room with wi fi, no wi fi only in the lobby. Spiders in our room. Our apartment was like 1/2 mile away from restaurant and wi fi. Very upset with overall experience.

Pros: Very cute, clean and great location. About 5 minute walk to the beach, many restaurants within 15-20 minute walk

Pros: Everyone there was wonderful. They were all willing to help with anything we needed. The went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

Pros: The Property is good but very few of the staff speak english except the fantastic Hotel Manager Nadia. She was absolutely magnificent but many of the staff cannot speak English do it was very hard to communicate. There were a couple of staff (Kate and Kate and Dan) that really tried hard and even used translator app but the others remained distant and did not try. Its unfortunate because the Hotel could be great for English speaking European travellers but it really was far too hard to communicate.

Cons: Mainly the lack of English Signs, English Menus, English Signs in the buffet and around the hotel. Very hard to communicate and connect with the staff. Except for Nadia, Kate in reception Kate and Dan in the VIP Restaurant
