Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to the beach, but express significant dissatisfaction with service quality, cleanliness, and amenities. Many reviewers report rude or unhelpful staff, dirty rooms and towels, and disappointment with the all-inclusive offering, including poor food variety and quality. Issues with air conditioning, extra charges for basic amenities, and lack of promised facilities are also common complaints. While a few guests mention positive experiences with certain staff members or aspects of their stay, the overall sentiment is that improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
