1) The "all-inclusive" system was great, it was sufficient for us to not think about food during our vacation. 2) The whereabouts is also pretty nice since the beach isn't so far.
1) It's written on the Booking that the hotel accepts both MasterCards and Visa, as well as the currency in which we should pay is "Euro". So while trying to give my card to the receptionist, he first insisted that they DON'T accept cards, then, after a small dispute, he told us that it's OK to pay with the card but only with Lira's cards. We had just a couple of hundred euros of cash (for our stay) and we didn't expect we would cash out something else from the ATMs (to reduce any ATM fees). We agreed to pay all the cash we had then and the remaining sum we would give them after going to some ATM during the day. After going back to the room, I took my print out from Booking and once again checked: We could pay via MasterCard and IN EURO. With this print (in Turkish!!) we came to the receptionist once again and started to insist on our right. He then told us: Ok you can pay the remaining sum via the card. Amazing!!! Why wasn't it possible to say this at the very beginning?! So the situation was very nerve-rattling and tiring for my pensioner parents (which obviously affected their health and overall mood of staying in Turkey)... And I took some losses too because I cashed out all necessary sums before going abroad, and after this situation I left myself without any cash so I had to cash out some sums for living from the ATMs there with some fees. It was SO unprofessional of the receptionists of this hotel. Really, guys, it wasn't great. You really spoiled the mood of us from the VERY first minutes of being in Turkey. If you don't want that your guests (mostly foreign ones, yes?) pay with cards with Euro, just write it on your page on Booking, and please don't misinform your guests! 2) Despite the comments, it was actually VERY noisy so during our stay we kept the windows always closed. Were just using the air-conditioning.
Nice, quiet place far from noisy restaurants, ideal for families.
For an all inclusive hotel they should have some ice cream too
Clean hotel, big rooms with balconies, pool and friendly staff.
Everything. The service was great, the breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was great. Everything was great!
