Cons: Dirty, dated, uncaring help and pictures that are deceptive. Pool and workout closed.

Cons: The website showed pictures of a pool, according to the staff has never worked. the first room we were given, the windows were open, weather was single digits and it was freezing. The 2nd room heat was not turned on, took several hours 2 warm up.

Cons: Some door locks didn't work. Shower heads were all broken or corroded. Some heaters didn't work and the beds were very uncomfortable. They also tried to over charge us by $450.

Cons: The rooms are OUTDATED; the room was frigid; other rooms had there doors open with snow blowing into them; everything looked original to the place; I only needed to stay a night before a flight but just couldn’t - I left and went to another place.

Cons: We pulled up to this hotel with paint missing from the building as we walk in and get our room it smelled horrible. Our room was horrible also we came into our room on a night that was raining pretty hard as we walk into the room our window was open and water was everywere. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but soon found out it did not work all it did was blow out this air that smelled so bad it almost made me sick. The bed was not comfortable at all we felt so uncomfortable in this hotel we checked for bed bugs. If you have a choice do not stay here

Cons: The two previously used bars of soap in the shower indicated the room had not received a good cleaning for a couple of days. Cheap flooring covering cheaper flooring. Several things needed minor repairs.

Cons: The room stunk aweful that my asthma kicked in. So the clerk called the their sister hotel which was Alliance Hotel and Suites.They asked to see my drivers license, that was on the 15 of Oct. and I still do not have them. I've called over and over.

Pros: Bed comfort was good and staff is extremely friendly. Not many frills to this hotel which was great. We were simply looking for a place to get some sleep.

Cons: Wish there had been a little more nourishing breakfast like adding some fruit.

Cons: The bed is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. My bf couldn't sleep the entire night. We ordered a room for two and the bed is only twin size, and the mattress has very little support. We found a bug in the restroom, and the A/C wasn't working but makes a lot of noise. We highly recommend you to pay 10 bucks more and go to another motel that is just across the road.
