everything! bait and switch. not the room I reserved. horrible smoke odor..reserved NON-SMOKING room..fridge didn't work..terrible TV reception. reserved king room ..got 2 sub-queen beds. will not return

It was convenient to the main roads, restaurants, and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable.
No older woman should be in a room surrounded by a lot of younger people who are loud and blast their music, most of the people were men. I didn't feel comfortable, and even put a chair at my door in case anyone got stupid ideas. Check in took forever.

The location is good for what I want to do and is close to things I need.
I guess they just adjusted the pipes because dirty water came out of the sink and rusty water came out of the shower.

First there was a bad smell in the lobby and the room itself had a bad smell.the vent made it worse. the room was cold. there was pounding on the neighbor's door at 1 am.-the police.Then they came with a warrant and busted in. It was awful scary.
