The location, the bar area, swimming pool and gardens were stunning. The relaxed atmosphere which catered for a wide variety of people. Unique on Symi
The internal decor of the rooms were of a lower standard than the outside area. Though everything was spotless and worked there was no style and design. Lighting , layout and furniture was poor. The equivilent hotel in the far east and Italy would have created more style and atmosphere

Hotel was very quiet, lovely surroundings and rooms were stunning. Location to harbour was excellent. Staff friendly and extremely helpful.
Not enough space for lounging around the pool and non residents of the hotel using the pool. Pool very cold

it was quiet, the gardens were very nice, the decor was good.
no complimentary shower gel, body lotion, bath robes/slippers. No fresh fruit for breakfast

we enjoyed our stay at Lapetos, however it must be said that our shower tray leaked all over the floor. all it needed was some sealant, but they were taling about removing the shower!! Also we were without hot water in the morning for several days. they said it was because it was solar powered, but we got hot water next morning. But thats just Greece. it was not a problem for us and we didnt complain
