Eautiful place, very comfortable, but most of all: the most friendly and kind people that work there! Highly recommended!!
everything was perfect
The hotel is a small gem, and is conveniently located close to nightlife and the beaches. Our room was very comfortable.
It is already my second time in the Riad, and I must say that this time we did not feel as comfortable as the first time. We love the location of the riad, rooms are very clean and really nicely decorated and beds are super comfortable. However, staff was not very friendly this time and two of the three nights staff kept knocking on our door and trying to open (with the purpose of cleaning the room) at early hours in the morning. As we live in Morocco, we were in Assilah to relax and enjoy the beaches and beautiful town, but were not unfortunately able to sleep in a bit because of the noise of the personnel. On our last morning, personnel started knocking our neighbours door' in order to ask them to please rush in leaving the room (around 9h30) since due to the Eid al-adha festivities, they wanted to clean the rooms to be able to leave. They also knocked on ours, but we were still trying to sleep and did not come out until 10h30 for the check-out. As foreigners leaving in Morocco, we completely respect and acnowledge the importance of the festivities, however, if the hotel takes the decision to ask clients to please do an early check out, all clients should be informed before (even during reservation process) in order to make sure that the situation goes on smoothly for all sides. That said, the Riad is clean and well equipped and just hoping to be able to repeat with a better staff experience. thanks! Lali
This was a stop after our vacation in Morocco to the northern coast. It was a fabulous stop for us and we enjoyed this riad. It was clean and refreshing - just what was required to break our trip north. The room was small but clean and the staff accommodating.
The rooms were a little on the small side and the location of the riad was a 15-minute walk from the city and medina. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked well. The area was ok but a little rough.
