Top tips for finding cheap flights to Morocco

  • Enter your preferred departure airport and travel dates into the search form above to unlock the latest Morocco flight deals.
  • The highest number of flights to Morocco arrive at Mohammed V International Airport (CMN), which is the largest international airport in the country. Compared to other airports, the main advantage of landing at CMN when you fly to Morocco is that you will have convenient access to various transport options. The most affordable way to connect from the airport to the city centre is by use of train or public buses.
  • Flights to Morocco also arrive at Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK) and Agadir Al-Massira International Airport (AGA) apart from CMN. Landing at either RAK or AGA comes with the advantage of enhanced convenience in accessing your luggage and taking the shortest time possible to clear and leave the airport. This is because there are always shorter queues at the baggage claim area and security checkpoints in these two airports.
  • When booking your flight to Morocco, information on car rental locations can help you plan areas that you can visit upon landing. You can conveniently rent your car from Sixt, Hertz, or Avis when you land at CMN. The airport does not have onsite car rental counters, but these companies avail courtesy shuttles to ferry their customers from CMN to their respective pickup locations in Casablanca.
  • Before your flight to Morocco, you will not be able to exchange your money into dirham outside the country's borders. You will need to exchange currency at the exchange desks located within the airports, where you will be required to show your passport in order to exchange money.
  • If you are planning to book flights to Morocco during Ramadan, you may find that airfares will rise for the holy month.
  • To be well placed for visiting several cities in the west of Morocco, look at flights arriving in Morocco’s capital city, Rabat. Rabat-Salé Airport (RBA) is a 2h drive away from the city of Fes, while Casablanca is just 1h 20min away, along the coast.
  • When you land in Morocco, there are customs regulations that forbid you from carrying any ‘immoral items’ that could cause a potential breach of peace. Your duty-free allowance includes up to 1L of alcohol, 150ml of perfume and presents or souvenirs worth up to 2000 dirham.
  • If you want to visit the north of Morocco, the best airport to fly into is Tangier Ibn Battuta Airport (TNG). Most flights from Canada will involve a long layover in Lisbon. Once you arrive, the international airport is only 10 km from the centre of Tangier by Grand Taxi.
  • Another option, rather than flying directly into Morocco, is to fly into Boudghene Ben Ali Lotfi Airport (CBH) which is in the neighbouring country of Algeria, 2h from the Moroccan border.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.

Je n'ai pas pû incliner mon siège et une des hôtesses ne comprenait pas ce que je disais. Je devais parler fort

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

Everything was nearly perfect, and TAP staff were especially helpful when we missed our connecting flights and had to get on the next flight to Rome. The only aspect that could have been better was boarding: it was somewhat disorganized, which created a bit of stress. But in the end, everyone got on the plane, so the less-then-perfect boarding process did not take away from the overall excellent experience.

Two of three flight attendants were not super kind as I would expect. The very kind young lady in my section was wonderful but then lady and man up front were not. Sorry but it makes a difference !

Great travel. Only issues were rude passengers, sorry to say.

Crew and flight were excellent! THIS is how a crew and a pilot should act! They were nothing like our Rome to Lisbon flight! The few things that could be better? Organize the buses better and have better food choices. Also get bigger glasses for soda, water and juices. Other than that, this flight was excellent! John and Barb Sanford Plainville, CT USA

Drinks such as water (unlimited and coffee should at least be offered for free!

Pros: "Worst customer service or actually non-existent, rude and ignorant agents. Will never fly with them again."
Cons: "TAP should simply shutdown or do a major reform as the airline operates in the last century."

Not much food available, not able to choose seats to be near each other, tv did not work

The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".

It was an excellent experience, traveling from Toronto to Denver with United.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

Ontime boarding. Almost 1 hour take off delay. We could have boarded slightly later since the pilots were in traffic

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

I go am isle seat because it was half empty Food strike no food available

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!

3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

I spent 4 hours untill get my bags no food no entertainment on the flight

Adequate. Served our purpose of getting there safely. Nothing to rave about. Decent value for the amount paid

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.

I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.
