Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, highlighting its variety and quality. The location, often described as peaceful and close to nature or lakes, was another strong positive. Many reviewers found the staff to be friendly and helpful, though a few noted occasional issues with specific staff members. While the pool and aquapark facilities were frequently mentioned, opinions were mixed due to maintenance and closure issues.
