Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access local attractions. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and lack of proper hygiene. Bathrooms are frequently described as poorly maintained, with broken showers, non-functioning air conditioning, and general disrepair. While a few guests appreciated the friendly staff and value for money, the overall experience is marred by maintenance and cleanliness issues.AI-generated from customer reviews
