Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's breakfast and its central location, with several reviews highlighting friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing a lack of staff presence and poor responsiveness. Cleanliness was also a concern, with reports of unpleasant odors, worn facilities, and the need for refurbishment. Noise levels were problematic for some, particularly due to thin walls and disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. Overall, while the breakfast and location stood out as positives, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and soundproofing.
