Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful service, with staff frequently described as accommodating and attentive. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality, and the hotel's central location is appreciated for its convenience. Some reviews mention spacious rooms and good value for price. However, there are occasional comments about outdated decor, minor maintenance issues, and weak WiFi, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experience.
