Good Location, beds were comfortable. The room was nice and clean.
It was awesome being in a central location
The air conditioning had trouble keeping the room cool
the breakfast was good, variety and ready made/but fresh eggs that you could pick up right at the griddle. Th edrive to the airport was longer than expected( thought I was closer based on the website and map.)
The elevators were a bit slow, possibly cause of the long weekend traffic/capacity at the hotel?
Location is good. Everything to do in Banff town is within 5 minutes of the hotel.
The accomodation is a bit disorganized. We requested an early check in and that wasn't accommodated. I understand it can't always be guaranteed but we weren't updated on it properly. That makes it hard to get to our plans in a timely way. We requested an extra cot for our room during time of booking but when we got there, that hadn't been delivered and we had to go ask for it again. Also the wifi had to be purchased. For the amount that we pay for the room for one night, wifi should be complimentary. That's pretty standard in hospitality.
Needs upgrades, smells like cigarettes and very dated.
