Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location near public transport and its spacious, comfortable beds, making it a good value for the price. However, many reviews mention poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff and issues with room changes. Noise is a frequent complaint, with several guests disturbed by street sounds or air conditioning units. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms described as clean and others as not well maintained. Overall, the hotel is praised for its location and bed comfort, but service and noise problems detract from the experience.
