Cons: The second leg of the flight from Shanghai to Bangkok felt like sitting on wooden chairs. Picking the type of food and not end up with allergy inducing food didn't seem like an option.

Cons: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Pros: The boarding was great! The flight was very comfortable. We had enough blankets and slept through the flight. I have an allergy to soy and the crew was nice enough to provide an alternative that was not on the menu.

Cons: Once the crew got the meals out of the way you didn't see them (at least in our section). You could go to the galley for water or a snack etc. Most airlines I've been on seem to bring drinks, etc to seats every once in a while.

Pros: Same thing they serve pork and no other substitute. The crew members are not so nice especially the one serving the food, some are rude to answer when I asked for something.

Cons: Serve chicken or beef and not only pork for not all will eat pork.3 of us was not able to eat. Thats was not acceptable.

Cons: They could have checked in our bags but didn't. They could have been more courteous. They could have checked us in through to our final destination (Seattle) but didn't. I will never fly China Eastern again.

Cons: My ticket from point a to point B presuming the entire flight would be on an airplane and I would end up on the destinations airport Wrong! Found out the last leg of the journey was by bus, ended up being dumped off in the middle of nowhere. No where near the airport

Cons: I paid for a window seat through your website. When I arrived at the gate I saw that I had a middle seat. China airlines stated that they do not honor outside booking seat request. It was very uncomfortable for 16 hours.
