The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of dishes Staff are pleasant and helpful.
The hotel has a great potential but it desperately needs renovation! The level of cleanliness is under par, corridors were dusty and smelly and windows were dirty and stained. Price is quite high compared to other options around
Breakfast on 7th floor is good. Has a good choice.
The lock the door to the main road at 8pm, so you need to walk round to the back of the property. Door does not open again till 8am. This was fine when your room key opened the door, now its padlocked. Had a room on 22nd floor, not as good as the normal apartments. Bedside bulb blown, told them several times about it, was never changed. If this was my first time I would not return as these two point spoilt the stay. Only the staff give me a reason to return.
Close to the beach. Sea view is great.
Old. Long time not Re-innovated but it is needed for sure. Comfort and the rooms not more than 2,5 stars. Room cleaning service should improved. Too much overpriced even for Tel Aviv.
I’m usually not a person that writes reviews but this is a really an extraordinary case. And I don’t mean that in a good way. I paid 200$ a night for this hotel and it wasn’t worth a cent. The room was filthy. I asked for new, clean towels 4 times until I had to walk downstairs myself to get them. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one and left because of how horrible it was. The staff was unaccommodating and rude and really didn’t help with anything. Genuinely would not recommend anyone staying there. Very bad experience!
Disappointed on arrival, had to change rooms, original room was a mess. Old unkempt, had a smell and staff were unapologetic. The room we changed to was no better, it had a smell and room dirty and bed very uncomfortable.
