Pros (+) Had a lovely stay! Have no complaints. Suggestion, more fresh fruit options. I have food alergies and cannot eat anything containing wheat. My husband and i enjoy breakfast included hotels but find when there is a lack of fruit or yogurt, I get coffee. The staff was very nice and friendly
Cons (-) the pool needed chemical treatment. It was very cloudy.

Pros (+) The room was clean and the night was quiet. That's really the only good we expierenced while we stayed here.
Cons (-) Rooms were clean, but the lady working behind the desk was extremely rude. I came to the front desk to check in and she obviously knew I was there. She just kept doing what she was doing for about 5 mins then walked over and said "Name." So I told her my name then she turned around to grab stuff and said "credit card and ID." Pros (+) Our room was nice. Temp control worked, which so often is not the case. Fairly quiet.
Cons (-) Though the entire hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, we had to walk through a lobby that smelled of smoke, and then our hallway was full of smoke. It was thick enough that it made my child sick.

Pros (+) I found it very comfortable - I had no complaints at all . Everything was clean - I didn't feel like I had to worry. We even had fresh baked cookies downstairs at midnight - it was wonderful. and a perfect breakfast in the morning :)
